The premises of the OMNIA company are located between Trnavská cesta and Tomášikova streets in the Bratislava - Ružinov district. The project intended to expand and supplement the existing company premises with modern office and parking spaces.

The office building has 5 floors. The building has an L-shaped floor plan. On the ground floor, there are entrance areas to the building with operating facilities, an indoor area, and on-site parking areas. There are administrative premises on the other four floors. For the investor, we also provided complete representation and engineering activities, in addition to the design and processing of the project part.
The garage house has six floors. On the ground floor, there are entrance areas to the building together with storage and operational facilities. In the longitudinal direction under the building, there is an internal area communication with lateral vertical parking spaces. The other above-ground floors are intended for parking cars with internal leveling ramps. On the top floor, the building is connected to the proposed extension of the existing warehouse building.
The proposed objects of the administrative building and the parking house are built on pillars and thus the floor area starts from the level of the 2nd floor, which frees up and preserves the existing parterre of the area for the purpose of entrance premises, roads, and handling premises. The proposed unified facade solution will visually unify the existing premises of the OMNIA 2000 company.
