Residential house Vajnorská is a detached building with a recessed basement. The area on which the building is situated is flat character from three sides lined with public roads. The building is situated in the north-west corner of the plot and is designed as a 6-storey building with the last floor as a retreating one.

From a functional point of view, it is an apartment building connected to a multifunctional unit. The residential units are located on the 1st to 6th floors of the building, the apartments on the ground floor are oriented to a quiet courtyard with greenery. The multifunctional space is located on the 1st floor facing Vajnorská and Odbojárov streets. All tenant spaces are directly accessible from the street from the existing sidewalk. In the apartment building there are 2, 3 and 4-room flats, non-residential premises and apartments. On the receding floors are situated apartments with roof terraces. From the day part of the flats on the 1st floor there is access to private front gardens in a combination of greenery located on the structure in planters and on vegetated ground. Flats located on a typical floor have balconies accessible from the day part of the flat.

The design of the residential apartment building can be described as combined in terms of the structural system and the materials used to construct the structure. All load-bearing vertical wall structures are designed as reinforced concrete walls. The design provides for a combination of monolithic reinforced concrete walls and semi-precast reinforced concrete construction using filigree walls.
