Stages III and IV are designed as a cluster of 4 free-standing apartment buildings with a maximum height of 5 storeys with 1 underground storey. From the functional point of view, these are apartment buildings with a multifunctional ground floor. The buildings are made up of a 5-storey compact mass. The southern facades of buildings B1 and C1 and the western facade of building B2 are accentuated by a 4-storey gable made up of loggias, which is a characteristic element of the entire residential complex.

In the final stage of the Hron Residence project, we use the same means of expression and continue the original architecture of the first buildings. The material and colouring of the façade elements are more contemporary. Compared to the first two phases, we have placed the buildings at the level of the surrounding terrain for efficient use of the ground floor in the service function. The flats, for which we have maintained a high standard of layout solutions, thus start from the 1st floor level. Thanks to this solution, visitors and residents of the apartment buildings enter the buildings directly from the ground, without the need to overcome height differences. At the same time, they are in direct contact with the services in the lower levels of the residential buildings during their journey home. In addition to the well-thought-out layout and the set standard, future residents will certainly be attracted by the design of the exterior areas. The design envisages the construction of a park with greenery, a children's playground and a sports area.
Within the buildings there are 1- to 4-room apartments. The flats are accessible from a common corridor wing, the orientation of the flats is proposed in buildings B2 and C2 to the south side, in buildings B1 and C1 the flats are oriented to the east and west. Each apartment has a covered loggia accessible from the daily part of the apartment, the inner 3-room apartments have two loggias. On the top floor, 4-room apartments are designed with a large covered terrace along the entire apartment.
All load-bearing vertical wall structures are considered as reinforced concrete walls with a thickness of 200 and 250 mm. The design provides for a semi-prefabricated construction using filigree walls. The basement walls are considered to be 300mm thick, the reinforced concrete slab and perimeter wall system will act as a white bath.
The project has been processed in BIM thanks to which we were able to eliminate future possible clashes during the design phase, which in combination with the semi-prefabrication brings significant time savings on the implementation side.
We cooperated with the company ARKON, a.s., which is the developer of the Hron Residence project, already in the second stage, for which we have developed a complete implementation project.
